You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Production Resources Department of PSNS and IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will employ investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data needed to evaluate the various departmental programs.
- →You will evaluate Quality Performance System (QPS) data, Deficiency reports, Discrepancy Logs, Audit Action records, Rework Reports, and other Inspection Verification Reports in support of process improvement programs.
- →You will plan, schedule, and conduct studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations and program effectiveness.
- →You will develop recommendations on appropriate actions to resolve instances of program noncompliance and reverse adverse trends.
- →You will coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives as assigned, and coordinates department level audit responses You will apply a wide range of program management policies, concepts, practices, and principles in order to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives.
