About the Role

This position is located at US Mint,Office of Strategy and Performance - Project Management Office. As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the enterprise-wide program management of key coin and medal products and programs across the various Mint Directorates/Offices and throughout the development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • As a Program Analyst, you will: Manage, at the enterprise level and across multiple bureau Directorates and Offices, the planning and execution of key United States coin and medal programs, including the documenting of program objectives and goals, development of an integrated program schedule, and monitoring and tracking of program status.
  • Review program performance for effectiveness, documenting trends that have enterprise-wide impact, and recommending program components that require closer review and evaluation.
  • Identify and implement business process improvements for the Office and throughout the coin and medal development lifecycle, including process development and re-engineering, workload and workflow analysis, quality review and evaluating against organizational performance standards.

Requirements

  • All employees must wear face masks while on MINT property when required by CDC and Federal guidelines.

  • You are encouraged to actively engage with your supervisor, seek feedback, and understand role expectations.
  • Additional guidance and support will be provided during onboarding.
  • Must successfully complete a background investigation.
  • Public Trust - Background Investigation will be required.
  • Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
  • Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
  • If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
  • Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9.
