About the Position: Serves as a Senior Staff Action Control officer within the Headquarters (HQ), United States Army Japan (USARJ), Office of the Secretary General Staff (SGS) and works directly for the USARJ Chief of Staff (CoS). Serves as a key technical advisor and principal administrative official regarding the control and coordination of staff actions, administrative policies, and communications throughout the USARJ Command Group to include subordinate commands and units.
What You'll Do
- →Manages staff actions and information critical to the command.
- →Provides guidance and coordinates the development, consolidation, review, defense, and approval of various complex programs.
- →Manages program execution events to ensure that all actions are in compliance with the organization approved plans and programs.
- →Exercises a high degree of analytical skills and demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the process and products of the Army's Planning and Programming.
- →Provides technical advisory services to members of the staff as well as to subordinate commanders on the integration and coordination of actions, issues, and programs requiring action by the USARJ Command Group.
