About the Role

What You'll Do

  • The Program Analyst will support a broad range of OEO business operational needs and requirements; and participate in efforts to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of policies, programs and operations impacting fairness, equality and access at all organizational levels.
  • In this position, you will: Collect, verifiy, analyze, and present information for mandatory reports, investigations, and barrier analysis.
  • Conduct surveys, studies, and special projects and analyzes information received and then makes recommendations and implements actions.
  • Represent the organization during community hosted activities and business forums, internal and external working groups.
  • Collaborate with OEO colleagues, internal partners, SI-wide, to plan and deliver programs and activities.

Requirements

  • Conditions of Employment Qualification requirements, including one year time-in-grade at the next lower grade level for promotion candidates, must be met within 30 days of the job announcement closing date.
