This position is located in the Division of Consumer Response and Operations (DCRO) in the Bureau of Consumer Protection (BCP) at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in Washington, D.C. What You'll Do
- →If you are selected for the Program Analyst (Redress) position, you will perform the following duties: Manage redress cases, including invoicing, creating work assignments, planning distributions, tracking contractor performance, and developing redress communications.
- →Oversee contract management for redress administrators including reviewing work, executing contract management, and ensuring timely payment for work.
- →Analyze complex claimant and distribution lists involving up to millions of claimants using advanced data analysis tools, as appropriate.
- →Design customized redress distribution plans that ensure equitable, timely, and accurate distributions.
- →Analyze redress patterns and trends and tracks participation rates across programs.
- →Continuously seek new ways to analyze redress data and understand distribution trends and forecasts.
- →Independently prepare timely and relevant reports on redress activities and other matters, as needed including developing weekly reports and providing status updates to leadership informing them of the status of the redress program.
- →Oversee all external redress communications.
- →Serve as a primary FTC contact for communicating and coordinating with internal and external organizations on redress administration.
