What You'll Do
- →As a Program Analyst, you will: Track and monitor IT-related requests and ensures alignment of equipment/resources with onboarding and operational needs.
- →Lead planning and coordination of office relocations and workspace reconfigurations.
- →Provide guidance and technical assistance to staff on administrative and logistical processes.
- →Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidance.
- →Analyze and report on logistics data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
