You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST located in the office of the BUSINESS DIRECTOR, DIVISION 0BD of NSWC PHILA DIV.
What You'll Do
- →You will build risk assessments and provide demand-supply metrics.
- →You will maintain knowledge of assessment goals as defined by senior leadership and the directions which have traditionally come from Warfare Center Headquarters.
- →You will establish assessment schedules, provide assignments to support personnel, and ensure accurate and complete data is collected, providing clearly communicated status and results briefings through the process.
- →You will track the execution of the budget and propose adjustments to best meet financial and productive targets, the budget includes both recurring costs and single instance proposals for Production Overhead (OH) projects.
- →You will analyze the NSWCPD Service Cost Center (SCC) budgets and Division 0BD OH budget on an annual basis.
- →You will institute strategic goals into command wide work acceptance processes and ensure comprehensive tracking of future work proposals.
