You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Recruiting Policy and Waivers Division (N35), Operations Department (N3), Navy Recruiting Command, Millington TN. of NVRECRUITNGCMD.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide guidance, interpretations, and/or briefings on current and proposed policies for the recruitment and retention of individuals for naval service to a wide variety of individuals, managers, and key officials.
- →You will prepare research on recruiting-related issues and drafts proposals on action initiatives for presentation to decision-making officials.
- →You will prepare regulations, policy memorandums, directives or comparable guidelines.
- →You will review factual circumstances of cases and identifies procedural or programmatic errors and anomalies and develops a recommendation for corrective action for signature by designated official.
