You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Training and Development Division of CIVILIAN PERS SUPPORT STAFF.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform program analytics and data mining, create data visualizations, and use data tools and infrastructure to support data-driven decisions.
- →You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on a wide variety of training data points to identify constraints and recommend mitigation strategies.
- →You will serve as a subject matter expert and data analyst for training data management and training systems such as the Learning Management System (LMS).
- →You will work independently with little supervision.
- →You will perform analytical pattern detection and recommend solutions to complex problems.
