This position is in Region 5, Mission Support Division. About Region 5. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
What You'll Do
- →You will: Coordinate regional input pertaining to a wide range of policy and resource issues related to the assigned national program(s) to build consensus on issues, options, and resolutions.
- →Analyze both emerging and existing program, policy, or regulatory issues to provide recommendations for program adjustment.
- →Represent the combined regional perspective to the relevant National Program Manager(s) (NPM(s)) to identify, develop, and negotiate a unified regional viewpoint and synthesize concerns.
- →Provide budgetary and resource analysis to give input to budget formulation and capital resource proposals.
- →One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
Requirements

- ✓This position is designated as Moderate Risk and requires a background investigation.
- ✓Unless an appropriate background investigation is already on record with the Office of Personnel Management, you must undergo a background investigation.
- ✓All conditions of the pre-employment security process must be met before an official letter of employment can be issued with a report for duty date.
