About the Position: The incumbent works under the general direction of the Chief, Plans and Policy Division, Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA), located in Arlington, VA.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinate with the Military Postal Services Agency (MPSA) Division Chiefs and OSD managers in order to assist with developing MPS goals.
- →Implement strategies for integrated DoD overseas postal operations and evaluate progress in the achievement of DoD/MPSA Postal goals.
- →Develop policy proposals pertaining to military postal operations of the four Military Services and the Coast Guard.
- →Analyze and determines impact of current and planned USPS concepts, policies and practices.
- →Research historical, legal and administrative policies governing financial and other relationships between the USPS and DoD.
- →Assists the OMM to develop and update the worldwide DOD Official Mail Training Program.
