You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST Integrated Product Team Lead in the ???????In-Service Support Center's (ISSC) Fleet Support Teams (FSTs) of FLTREADCEN EAST.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead large cross functional teams and coordinate the efforts of diverse professionals, including engineers, logisticians, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- →You will foster open communication, facilitate problem-solving, and ensure alignment with project goals, the IPTL plays a crucial role in managing the complexities of product development.
- →You will be responsible for maintaining the project/effort schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- →You will develop and implement project plans, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to address any emerging challenges.
- →You will be adept at risk management, identifying potential issues early, and devising mitigation plans to keep the project/effort on track.
- →You will coordinate/facilitate deliverables that include engineering and logistics aspects for things like aircraft modifications, readiness issues, depot capabilities, etc.
