What You'll Do
- →Serving as a Program Analyst GS-0343-9 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission.
- →This position is located in the Core Training Operations Directorate (CTO) as assigned under the Office of the Associate Director for Training Operations (TOPS) and located in Glynco, Georgia.
- →The primary purpose of this position is to provide substantial administrative and analytical support to the division, division chief, and management team.
- →Typical duties include: Performing various complex, time-sensitive, and recurring duties or projects assigned by the division chief.
- →The position maintains contact with other CTO organizational elements, Partner Organizations (PO), FLETC staff, or other Federal government agencies.
- →Cooperating with private sector or local communities to share organizational information then report those contacts and activities to CTO headquarters.
- →Evaluating a variety of administrative documentation critical for the overall management and coordination of daily activities within a division.
- →Assisting divisional management staff with developing briefings, talking points, synopses, and presentations.
- →Presentations must be organized in a clear and professional manner with minimal notice.
- →Developing procedures and checklist for operating media equipment and educates staff with proper operating procedures or assist when necessary.

Requirements
- ✓Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S.
- ✓Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications; applicant's resumes and supporting documentation should only reflect education received from schools accredited by such institutions.
