Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below for IMPORTANT additional information. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Air Force Warfighter Communications and Cyber Systems Plans, Programs, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) program analyst (see "Additional Information").
What You'll Do
- →Develop new methods for testing and evaluating the effectiveness of planning, programming, and budget actions/processes in support of major Air Force mission and operational plans.
- →Prepare and present high-level briefings of conclusions, many being highly subjective and not readily susceptible to verification until actual operational situations are encountered.
- →Maintain a continuous liaison with other Air Staff, other service headquarters counterparts, and DOD offices to integrate Air Force PPBE support actions.
Requirements
- ✓ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) position implemented under Section 504, Title V of Public Law 99-569, Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987, as codified in Sec 1601, Chap 83 of Title 10 United States Code which sets forth Air Force policies and procedures for DCIPS.
- ✓This position is in the Excepted Service.
