The primary purpose of this position, Program Analyst, GS-0343-12, is to serve as program analyst for the detachment Resource Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative, responsible for long-term programming, planning, budgeting, and execution of detachment resources in support of multiple developmental and operational assessment programs.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and coordinates the planning, programming and budget activities of the detachment, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to meet Air Force and MAJCOM requirements.
- →Actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus strategic resource planning tools and techniques.
- →Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assignments.
- →Performs/ leads studies and coordinates the logistics and supply of detachment laboratories, test equipment and test facilities.
