This position is located at the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), Office of Domestic Operations, Visa Directorate, Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA/VO/DO) in Williamsburg, Kentucky. What You'll Do
- →Plans and conducts studies of program processes and systems to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of operations for the Diversity Visa (DV) Program.
- →Utilizes statistical and targeted data analysis methods to develop and provide data driven reports and recommendations to management on specific, actionable changes to established methods, practices, new tools, and technologies.
- →Provides authoritative guidance; advising management on issues related to visa adjudication and processing, system interactions, process stages, fail-point identification, and fraud prevention capabilities.
- →Conducts ongoing monitoring and review of program operations to ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently being met by the unit.
- →Serves as a Government Technical Monitor with responsibility for monitoring and overseeing technical performance and work performed on assigned contracts administered by the center.
