This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA HC/Operations Support Office.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the Senior Program Analyst and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) responsible for the programmatic post-award contract administration.
- →Reviews, upon request, contractor's proposals and advises the Contracting Officers of their technical adequacy and correctness, reasonableness of work estimates, and assures that there is no duplication of work or cost.
- →Notifies the Contracting Officers if it appears contractors are arbitrarily enlarging the scope of the contract or delivery schedules, and thereby, obligating the Government to defray unanticipated costs.
- →Monitors the contractor's efforts to ensure that the contractors are meeting the technical requirements and intent of the contracts in accordance with the required delivery schedules.
- →Provides technical guidance to contractors on the technical requirements as set forth in the contracts and ensures contractors take appropriate corrective actions to resolve any discrepancies.

- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-13 grade level.
