About the Position: This position is located with the Defense Health Agency in Falls Church, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- →Reviews and evaluates the Defense Business System (DBS) products submitted for certification the for the Tri-service, DHA, Army Medical, Navy Medical, and Air Force Medical IM/IT systems.
- →Processes DBS packages to the appropriate portal or other designated point of entry for certification submission.
- →Reviews directives, policies, programs, enterprise-wide functional user requirements and governance strategies/vehicles for IM/IT related issues to determine the impact and implications in supporting IM/IT systems for the CIO and IM community.
- →Provides guidance for business functional strategy, enterprise architecture, system capabilities requirements documentation, Defense Business System Certification and the DoD Information Technology Portfolio Repository.
- →Develops processes and procedures for tactical level decisions related to the management, prioritization, funding and execution of DAD IO initiatives across the IT investment lifecycle.
