The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a major command (MAJCOM) headquarters-level program analyst and Code 4 supervisor, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to AFSOC/A5KM Manned ISR.
What You'll Do
- →Applies Air Force systems program analysis and special operations knowledge, to manage the acquisition, fielding and sustainment of AFSOC manned ISR platforms and supporting systems.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Documents planning and programming decisions in appropriate formats to meet Air Force and Major Command requirements.
- →Actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques.
