The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Deputy to the Director of Strategic Plans, Programs and Requirements(General Officer) at Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC/ A5A8). Participates in the formulation of program goals, plans and procedures for the directorate's mission objectives.
What You'll Do
- →In conjunction with the Director, provides Strategic Plans, Programs and Requirements program oversight for the Air Force Reserve Command Participates with the Director in the exercise of supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Provides technical advice on the development of all Global and Programs Divisions' policies and procedures for the execution of management activities.
- →Directs analytical studies and reviews organizational accomplishments/deficiencies involving resources that affect directorate missions.
- →Along with the Director, represents HQ AFRC at conferences/meetings with HQ USAF, other military agencies and GMAJCOMs regarding Strategic Plans, Programs and Requirements issues.
