About the Role
You will service as a PORDUCTION CONTROLLER (SHIPS) in the Business Operations Division; Business and Strategic Planning Office, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME.
What You'll Do
- →You will be the liaison between the Shipyard and its customers by directing and managing efforts during on-yard and off-yard submarine availabilities.
- →You will be responsible for monitoring and keeping informed of progress of the work, monitoring the status of funds and anticipating and resolving problem areas.
- →You will execute the Financial Control processes of the Advanced Industrial Management Program.
- →You will screen initial requests for performance of work in the light of workload capacity, capability, and general policy.
- →You will determine the status and estimate the completion date of work in progress and provide periodic reports of work status to the customer.
