About the Role
You will serve as a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (SHIPS) in the Business Operations Division, Business and Strategic Planning Office of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve on a Project Management Team and be responsible for work authorizations, customer liaison, and funds administration.
- →You will obtain and administer advanced planning funds and conduct long range planning actions prior to the assignment of the Project Management Team.
- →You will administer funds allocated for assigned work including the oversight of estimates and expenditures and also advise customers of fund status.
- →You will screen initial requests for performance of work in the form of correspondence, dispatches, or telephone calls in the light of workload capacity, capability, and general policy.
