About the Role
You will serve as a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (SHIPS) in the Project Office of SUPSHIP.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan, develop, and conduct investigations and studies to determine assignable causes of problems in delays in project, program, and contract schedules, and when contractor and government inspection/test methods and procedures are in dispute.
- →You will serve as a subject matter expert for production and quality assurance aspects of cognizant construction activities and efforts and make reports and recommendations to the Project Officer.
- →You will review contracts for work assigned.
- →You will advise other production controllers on the effects of requested changes in their area of expertise.
- →You will review proposed changes to the project work package for technical accuracy of documentation for the change.
- →You will conduct and participate in meetings, briefings, and conferences with upper management of both government and contractor personnel.
