About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in the Department of Defense to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position will be filled on the GS-06 grade level. Full performance grade level is GS-07.
What You'll Do
- →Perform a range of law enforcement, investigation, crime prevention, traffic control and community policing.
- →Conduct investigations of accidents, suspicious activities, security breaches, and crimes.
- →Respond to calls involving fire, robberies, automobile accidents, bomb threats, barricade situations, and other emergencies.
- →Control access to sensitive/restricted areas where there is potential for breach of security, public safety, or public health.
- →Apprehend people committing crimes.
Requirements
