The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the media staff in Marketing Directorate.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the media staff, ensuring the Marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet the customer needs.
- →Represents the organization with a variety of councils, boards, working groups, and panels.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management.
- →Serves as a senior advisor for Media Marketing.
- →Ensures media campaigns align with the overall agency strategic communication plans and are targeted to capitalize on trending topics relevant to demographics.
