The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the execution of innovative, Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven campaign strategies and experimental marketing approaches across all digital and traditional platforms to support marketing and recruiting objectives.

- →Leverages experimental design methodologies to continuously refine audience segmentation, personalized messaging algorithms, and creative optimization engines.
- →Campaigns Innovation Leadership and Experimental Strategy Direction.
- →Conceptualizes, designs, and deploys cutting-edge, integrated marketing campaigns leveraging machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and experimental methodologies to revolutionize recruiting, retention, and brand awareness.
- →Plans, leads, and evaluates a wide range of research, development and technology transfer activities, requirements, and trademark assistance.
