About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 27th Force Support Squadron Marketing Department. The announcement is for Full Time vacancy.
What You'll Do
- →Executes the 27th Force Support Squadron brand through messaging, copy, graphic, video and promotional content to be distributed through social media.
- →Responsible for developing a positive social media presence through creating, editing, publishing, administering and removing social media content.
- →Manages multiple versions of content and design.
- →Implement new technologies and make recommendations of solutions for customers.
- →Performs data analysis and utilizes results to optimize communication methods and technologies to engage with customers and maximize the squadron brand.
- →Identifies relevant new strategies and technology to increase customer' engagement and to create online brand exposure.
- →Develop content for all customer-facing social media formats utilized by the Marketing office.
- →Maintains current knowledge on emerging technologies/industry trends and applies into operations and activities.
- →Serves in an administrative support capacity as well as backup to general website/app operations.
- →Performs general office duties such as receiving phone calls and visitors.
- →Refers inquiries, concerns or questions for specific issues or actions to the appropriate Marketing representative.
- →Works in tandem with colleagues and the Marketing Director to develop creative social media promotions, information and direct marketing where available in the social media environment.
- →Reviews copy, graphics, advertisements and links to ensure quality and proper branding of the social media environment.
- →Works with base agencies governing web, content/security to ensure all Air Force and Federal Regulations are met.
Requirements

- ✓FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
