This is a NAF position with the 17th Force Support Squadron, located at NAF Marketing on Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, Texas.This position is considered Regular Part-Time (RPT). You are guaranteed 20 hours, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours/week. You may be required to work nights, weekends and holidays. As a RPT employee, you are eligible to earn annual/sick leave and sign up for benefits, to include Health/Dental and Life Insurance, 401k and NAF Retirement.
What You'll Do
- →Assists the Marketing Director and Commercial Sponsorship and Advertising Coordinator.
- →Assists in developing outreach materials used to solicit sponsorship and advertising from local, regional, national, and international parties.
- →Assists in executing all supporting documents in coordination with approving authorities to ensure agreements follow procedural regulations and policies.
- →Collects and tracks payments of sponsorship and advertising agreements to ensure proper accountability and all agreement terms are met.
- →Attends FSS events to provide event sponsor support and photographic support.
- →Assists in compiling and providing sponsors with copies of subsequent publicity and develops after action reports.
- →Present marketing briefings as needed to base functions such as new student indoctrinations and base newcomers' orientation.
