About the Role
You will serve as a MARINE PLACEMENT ASSISTANT in the CSU-E (N12C1) DIVISION of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will assist CIVMARs assigned to the East Coast pool by providing advisement and direction concerning various human capital requirements.
- →You will assist CIVMARs with reviewing and updating information in their official personnel folder (OPF).
- →You will coordinate and supervise work activities of CIVMARs assigned to the CIVMAR Support Unit (CSU) East pool.
- →You will manage CIVMAR assignments to the contract hotel and ensure distribution of Subsistence and Quarters payments.
- →You will act as a liaison to the CIVMARs on disciplinary, adverse actions and all labor and employee relations issues.
- →You will represent the command as required with American Red Cross (AM CROSS) matters, physicals and other employment related matters.
