About the Role

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, New York Field Office, Mission Support Division, New York, New York. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

What You'll Do

  • The position is located within the U.S.
  • Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S.
  • Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations (OFO) in a Field Office or the International Operations Advisory Directorate.
  • In this position you will be assigned to a Field Office staff and provides management advice regarding the improvement and assessment of core processes and the implementation of programs and policies related to Workforce Management.
  • This includes evaluating, communicating, reporting, coordinating, tracking, and verifying a wide range of processes, procedures, resources, problems, and needs.
  • The Field Office provides mission support services to the Ports, and CBP collocated tenants.
  • This position starts at a salary of $88,005.00 (GS-11, Step 1) to $137,128.00 (GS-12, Step 10) GS Salary: Visit this link to view the locality pay tables by geographic area.
