About the Role

The Management and Program Analyst will be responsible for obtaining efficient and effective operations within the OGC CAVC Litigation Group by providing managers with objectively based information necessary for making operational and managerial decisions. Serves as the primary liaison with the OGC Management, Planning, and Analysis Program Specialists for personnel matters in the CAVC Litigation Group.

What You'll Do

  • Major duties: Provides supervisor and office managers with analytical and administrative support in evaluating the effectiveness of and compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Provides analytical support in evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of CAVC Litigation Group collaborations and interactions with external stakeholders.
  • Provides analytical support to and confers with higher-level colleagues and supervisors on personnel and labor relations matters.
  • Conducts research into and evaluates other Federal Government Agencies practices and policies and makes recommendations to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyzes new or proposed legislation and Departmental policies and evaluates impact on office programs and operations.
  • Assists the Chief Counsel in developing policies for automation, efficiency, and coordination of procedures and other management improvement activities.
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Compressed/Flexible: Available Telework: Position is eligible for Ad Hoc telework (situational telework) as determined by the agency policy.
  • Return to Office (RTO): RTO mandates are in affect, and selectees will be required to report to in person work unless they have an approved exemption already in place.
  • Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
