What You'll Do
- →In this position, you will act as an advisor to management and providing oversight and analysis on a variety of programs and policies related to workforce management.
- →This includes assessing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of OFO workforce management efforts in resolving complex problems related to position management, performance management, and recognition.
- →This position starts at a salary of $106,437.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $138,370.00 (GS-13, Step 10).
- →Salary listed reflects the rest of U.S. scale and, if applicable, will be adjusted to meet the locality pay or cost of living expenses of the duty location upon selection.
