About the Role
This position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Facilities Services Directorate (FSD) and provides administrative and executive support to the Office of the Secretary of War and senior staff. The incumbent assists in developing and implementing mail management policies for the OSW and DoW Components.
What You'll Do
- →Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Provides program and management analysis support for the Integrated Tracking System/Digital Mail Modernization by analyzing data to identify trends, making data-driven recommendations, and preparing presentations and reports.
- →Reviews all outgoing correspondence for clarity, completeness, proper format, grammar, typographical accuracy, and compliance with supervisor's viewpoint.
- →Participates in program studies and analysis of systems operations, conducting operational and equipment utilization evaluations to determine daily stability and recommend efficiencies.
- →Conducts daily systems reviews to evaluate data, identify workflow issues, and assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of directives and new reporting systems.
