This is a non-bargaining unit position.
What You'll Do
- →As a Management and Program Analyst (Senior Advisor), you will perform the following duties: Direct, implement, coordinate and/or oversee a wide range of complex program activities requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods .
- →Develop and evaluate policies in assigned program areas, takes necessary actions to achieve organizational objectives and recommends program objectives and improvements.
- →Coordinate activities of staff; advises and provides analytical support on problem definitions, planning methodologies, policies, and procedures.
- →Plan, develop, and coordinate planning management through briefings, presentations, and conferences for executive management.
- →Provide oversight and coordinate the identification, analysis, and issuance of policies with managers and top-level officials of DHS.
