What You'll Do
- →WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Management and Program Analyst , you will, Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tracking systems to monitor program outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.
- →Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, systemic issues, and risks, and develop actionable recommendations to improve program performance.
- →Apply analytical and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with established goals and requirements.
- →Draft and update SOPs, guidance documents, and internal procedures to improve consistency, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
- →Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for leadership.
- →Integrate and synthesize data from multiple sources to support program assessments and strategic planning efforts.
- →Collaborate with program staff and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and support implementation of process improvements.
Requirements
- ✓Copy of your transcripts or equivalent documentation is required for positions with an education requirement, or if you are qualifying based on education or a combination of education and experience.

- ✓College or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S.
