This position is located within the Office of Human Resources and Administration in the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO), Center for Enterprise Human Resources Information Services (CEHRIS), and reports directly to the Deputy to the Executive Director, CEHRIS. The incumbent will supervise a team responsible for the planning, implementation, and operations of human capital information systems.
What You'll Do
- →The incumbent understands the different phases of product delivery.
- →Maintain a product or process through the delivery phases, into live and then into retirement.
- →Works with Executive Director, CEHRIS, Deputy, CEHRIS, OIT partners and Policy partners to develop enterprise strategy, capabilities roadmap, and ensure technical roadmaps align to the same.
- →Integrates complex product strategies across multiple products and capability areas to ensure Product Owners cooperatively provide capabilities that span federal Human Capital Business Reference Model (HCBRM).
- →They will ensure the vision is communicated to Enterprise Product Owners and Stakeholders, validate it is correctly implemented and aligned with VA Priorities.
- →Develops, analyzes, evaluates, advises on, or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of CEHRIS process and information management.
- →Other duties may be assigned.
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Telework: Available Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
