You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Requirements Strategy Division (09Z3), Force Improvement Office of NAVFAC OSF.
What You'll Do
- →You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and articulate strategic capability and program requirements, developing defensible resource strategies aligned with defense planning and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycles.
- →You will defend and justify organizational capability needs and resourcing strategies to higher headquarters, executive leadership, and oversight bodies, negotiating competing priorities to align enterprise requirements with strategic defense goals.
- →You will analyze program performance metrics and operational risks, transforming complex data into risk-mitigated resourcing strategies and budget recommendations that optimize enterprise-wide execution.
- →You will advise senior executive leadership on strategic challenges, conducting feasibility analyses and delivering high-impact executive briefings, reports, and data-driven recommendations to support command decision-making.
- →You will lead continuous process improvement, workflow modernization, and innovation initiatives, resolving complex operational bottlenecks to maximize program effectiveness and organizational agility.
