A successful candidate in this position will serve as a Management and Program Analyst to conduct complex evaluations, advance program effectiveness, and strengthen management controls across NNSA mission areas by providing authoritative guidance on policy interpretation, delivering high-quality analytical products to senior management, and applying expert knowledge of departmental policies to optimize internal processes and ensure strict program compliance.
What You'll Do
- →As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Plan and execute projects to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
- →Conduct studies and analyses to evaluate program effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- →Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding products, services, processes, and policies.
- →Evaluate risks, impacts, and available data to determine appropriate courses of action.
- →Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve program and operational challenges.
- →Support leadership with data analysis, reporting, and operational recommendations.
- →Track operational metrics, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
- →Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, manuals, reports, and technical guidance documents.
Requirements
- ✓Subject to Random Drug Testing Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- ✓Favorable suitability determination required.
- ✓Financial Disclosure is required.
- ✓Must be able to obtain/maintain a L level Security Clearance.
- ✓You must be a United States Citizen.
