About the Role

A successful candidate in this position will serve as a Management and Program Analyst to conduct complex evaluations, advance program effectiveness, and strengthen management controls across NNSA mission areas by providing authoritative guidance on policy interpretation, delivering high-quality analytical products to senior management, and applying expert knowledge of departmental policies to optimize internal processes and ensure strict program compliance.

What You'll Do

  • As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Plan and execute projects to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct studies and analyses to evaluate program effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding products, services, processes, and policies.
  • Evaluate risks, impacts, and available data to determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve program and operational challenges.
  • Support leadership with data analysis, reporting, and operational recommendations.
  • Track operational metrics, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, manuals, reports, and technical guidance documents.

Requirements

  • Subject to Random Drug Testing Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Favorable suitability determination required.
  • Financial Disclosure is required.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a L level Security Clearance.
  • You must be a United States Citizen.
  • This employer participates in the e-Verify program.

  • Compliance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-12) governing personal identity which will require that you provide two forms of identification.
  • May be required to successfully complete a one (1) year probationary or two (2) year trial period.
