About the Position: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst responsible for administering a diverse data analytics portfolio to support joint manpower planning and resource allocation. Utilizes personnel systems to modernize workflows and create automated data visualization dashboards. Generates complex reports and briefing charts detailing military and civilian strength trends for senior leadership.
What You'll Do
- →Administers and coordinates a diverse data analytics portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of analytical solutions that support manpower planning and resource allocation.
- →Utilizes Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Business Intelligence, Teams) to create, design, and deploy automated data visualization solutions that align with service manpower authorization documents and Joint Tables of Distribution (JTD) requirements.
- →Analyzes data to ensure compliance with established manpower standards and the optimization of resource allocation.
- →Utilizes Microsoft operating systems to analyze data and develop custom workflows that enhance the functionality of the Fourth Estate Manpower Tracking System (FMTS) and other manpower systems.
- →Conducts thorough system analyses of legacy systems to identify limitations and strengths and develop improvements to system performance and user experience.
