What You'll Do
- →As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-14, you will perform the following duties: Serves as a senior-level expert responsible for conducting comprehensive studies and evaluations to assess and improve the effectiveness of agency programs, operations, and management processes.
- →Designs and conducts broad and complex management studies that often require defining study boundaries and objectives in response to evolving priorities.
- →Developing multi-year plans, preparing resource allocation strategies, and advising senior leadership on optimizing program operations to address emerging threats and challenges.
- →Conveys findings to diverse audiences and represents the agency in high-level meetings with external stakeholders, including Congressional committees, other federal agencies, and international partners.
- →Mentors junior staff and provides training on advanced analytical techniques.
