What You'll Do
- →As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Ability to identify meaningful performance indicators, design data collection methodologies, and apply advanced statistical techniques to evaluate program outcomes.
- →Conduct responsibilities for planning, organizing, and directing team-based studies that require collaboration across organizational lines.
- →Developing multi-year plans, preparing resource allocation strategies, and advising senior leadership on optimizing program operations to address emerging threats and challenges Conduct analyst to ensure that study findings and recommendations are supported by rigorous analysis and are presented in a clear and actionable format.
- →Mentors junior staff and provide training in advanced analytical techniques.
- →Conduct training sessions, developing standard operating procedures, and advising on the implementation of new processes.
- →Conduct analyst monitors emerging trends and developments in program management and evaluation, ensuring the agency remains responsive to changing priorities and challenges.
