About the Position: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst (Human Resource) for the US Army Joint Counter-UAS Office, Executive Division, as an expert in planning and execution of complex personnel, manpower and administrative programs. Position is located in Alexandria, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- →Plan personnel and administrative programs supporting management support services.
- →Apply analytical skills and data management to develop long and short-range goals for personnel staffing.
- →Serve as a senior management and program analyst for Civilian and military personnel.
- →Analyze information data and advise on changes to improve the effectiveness of administrative programs.
- →Apply analytical methods to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of programs assigned.
- →Research and analyze a wide variety of civilian human resources policies and procedures.
