What You'll Do
- →WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Review and evaluate managerial policies and procedures to determine gaps where additional guidance is needed and analyzes the impact of new or proposed legislation on agency operations.
- →Examine current organizational assignments in terms of program changes to identify overlaps or the need for consolidated functions to achieve maximum utilization of staff and makes recommendations to the supervisor.
- →Develop, analyze, and evaluate new or modified program/management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives.
- →Identify and analyze issues, problems, and challenges facing the organization; formulates and evaluates possible courses of action for resolving them; draws conclusions based on relevant facts; and recommends solutions to organizational leadership.
- →Provide expert authoritative analysis and evaluation of work processes and policies, programs, management practices and work operations taking into full consideration complex legislative, programmatic and management issues and problems.
- →Compile data and prepares complex administrative and management reports that emanate from the agency or higher echelons in the organization.
