This position is located in the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development, Execution, Formulation and Reporting Branch. OPEPD serves as the principal adviser to the Secretary on all matters relating to policy development, implementation, evaluation, and review, budget proposals and processes, data strategy and governance, and student privacy.

- →As a Managment and Program Analyst, GS-0343-11, you will be responsible for: • Assisting with the development and documentation of a variety of broad analytical studies involving financial management reporting related to the Department's loan and grant programs. • Assisting with the review and analysis of regular and ad hoc system reports.
- →Conducting research and analysis of budget execution data, assists in troubleshooting execution anomalies to determine the cause and initiate corrective actions. • Using oral and written communication skills in presentation of budgetary information/ strategies to Management officials.

- ✓GS-11 Ph.D., OR equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related OR A combination of specialized experience and education that when taken as a percentage of the required education and experience total 100% or more.
- ✓Foreign Education: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet education requirements if you can show that the foreign education is comparable to that received in an accredited educational institution in the United States.
