This position is located in the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate, Passport Issuance Operations. The Passport Services Directorate facilitates international travel and enhances national security by issuing secure passport documents to eligible U.S. citizens and nationals in a responsive and responsible manner.
What You'll Do
- →Ensures that day-to-day passport services functions and long-range goals and objectives involving facilities are addressed timely.
- →Reviews quantitative data, reports, and documents to assess optimal operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- →Conducts ongoing regional assessments to identify areasfor improvement and advancement for regional and agency/center programs such as for customer service, fraud prevention, and adjudication programs.
- →Provides advisory assistance to regional agencies and centers in the implementation of operational plans.
