This position is located in the Bureau of Human Resources, Office of Civil Service Talent Management, Talent Mobility Unit (HR/CSTM/TMU). CSTM develops, monitors, and administers programs, policies, procedures, and evaluation criteria for designated Civil Service human resources (HR) management functions, including merit staffing, career development and training, performance management, executive resources management, and position classification.
What You'll Do
- →Analyzes and advises management on the direction, implementation, coordination, and oversight of one or more of a variety of management programs impacting the Bureau.
- →Implements organizational and management approaches to ensure that human capital acquisition and retention strategies are aligned with the Department's missions, goals, and organizational objectives.
- →Liaises with all human resources entities and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the human capital functions in workforce recruitment and mobility-related retention strategies for the agency.
- →Represents the unit, office, bureau, and Department at meetings, on committees and task forces to examine, study, and discuss recruitment/mobility-related HR issues, practices, and strategies.
