This position is part of the Office of Project Management, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will develop and implement professional development programs in project and program management, aligning with PM's role in establishing and implementing DOE's project management policies. This role supports the Project Management Career Development Program (PMCDP), a statutorily required education and certification program for acquisition and project management workforce.

- →Provide technical guidance and advice on analysis and evaluation methods to ensure optimal management strategy.
- →Formulate and identify techniques for achieving project objectives and offer solutions to problems.
- →Develop, manage, and maintain programming data/information systems, interpret policies, regulations, and procedures.
- →Analyze management information requirements to develop reporting systems, including system specifications and analytical techniques.
- →Identify, develop, analyze, and evaluate new or modified administrative program policies and regulations.
