This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA OC/Infrastructure Directorate.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for the developing and issuing plans, policy, guidance, products, and services that continuously Leads teams in the accomplishment of strategic human capital objectives and programs evaluations/reviews.
- →Adjusts tasks and implementation plans based on analysis to complete projects and initiatives in accordance with established requirements Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing a variety of HR program evaluations and audit events.
- →Provides HR subject matter expertise to managers and support personnel in the execution of program reviews and internal control audits Coordinates the implementation of policy and program requirements with senior-level officials, to include other organization management officials on policy implementation, internal placement, and training throughout the agency.
- →Incumbent participates in internal and external meetings and speaks with authority on all matters pertaining to the efficiency of applicable workforce matters and policies.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-14 grade level.
