This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA OC.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a senior writer for continuity of operations (COOP) plans, policies, and procedures to ensure organizational readiness.
- →Develops, documents, and maintains comprehensive continuity plans in accordance with all directives and instructions.
- →Reviews all supporting and supported continuity plans to ensure alignment and integration with the primary agency plan.
- →Coordinates with mission partners to capture all continuity equities for incorporation into the organization's plan.
- →Serves as a principal staff officer for the director on all matters concerning continuity plans, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-13 grade level.
