This position is located in the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC), Management Services Division. The purpose of this position is to support data collection efforts to include; data clean-up and organization as well as maintaining databases and systems.
What You'll Do
- →Analyzes and evaluates operations and process for efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity on a quantitative or qualitative basis for program operations or human capital planning.
- →Develops intermediate dashboards and tools using business intelligence applications such as tableau and Power BI.
- →Research new program operations and techniques to promote economy and incorporate in long-term financial planning.
- →Assesses the impact of organizational realignments, pay structures, policies, and executive orders on resource planning
Requirements
- ✓You must be a US Citizen or US National.
- ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be Selective Service registered or exempt.
- ✓Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check.

- ✓As a condition of employment for accepting this position, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period unless previous federal service is creditable.
